I began dancing for the Lord about eight years ago.  I was privileged to work directly with Lynn Hayden and dancing for Him ministries for most of that time.  The flag ministry emerged from the dance ministry as the anointing became apparent on our church secretary, Linnie Anderson.  It started with tambourines, moved into glory hoops, and unfurled into flags.

A while I was aske to give a teaching on the dance and flag ministry at a sister church.  What a breakthrough!  We came from being "in the way" to being allowed to impart this revelation of worship as warfare to the entire body.  A tape of that teaching is avalable through the resources page.   Be assured, the heart of God is with you as you minister with flags.  He will make a way for you.

About the Ministry

When Linnie had a particularly grand vision for a processional flag, I was called in as the resident seamstress.  Linnie's enthusiasm put a demand on my creativity.  I had to have a deeper understanding of the power and purpose of worship flags to make them with the spirit of excellence I desired and the ministry deserved.  I had to know what the tools felt like in worshiping hands to make them work properly.

The Lord took me into a deeper revelation of the prophetic power of color and symbolism.  I began to make streamers as well as flags, and  to use these implements of worship in my home and incorporate them into some of our prophetic dancing.  One day I turned around and saw that I was wearing a mantle for flag ministry.  Go figure!
